Anyone who worked or knows how to make a bad *** coffee?

I think you are getting extra ice included with a medium drink at no extra charge, and frankly they should not charge you any more just for extra ice. You are right that their coffee is so bad that it needs to be covered up with extra everything, be it ice, milk, or sugar. I think Starbucks actually sells a lot more milk than they do coffee.

Well I dont know about the coffee, but have you tried fiber? You cant get too much. You can eat foods with it in it or get a suppliment. There is this stuff called Benefiber its colorless and tasteless, you can pretty much add it to any food or drink. I would just put that in everything you eat or drink for the next couple of days. If that doesnt work then I would concider going to the doctor. They can prescribe you a good medication. Some can irritate your bowels, Colace is a really good laxative. You can usually buy it at your local drug store. Drink LOTS of water, go excercizing even if it is just a walk, when you sleep try laying on your left side that is the way your bowels drain. Other than that I dont know what to tell you. Good luck tho!
Have You Ever Had a Bad-*** Customer Give you a Good Tip?
Reason I ask people assume grumbling, mean, complaining, and often negative customers should be shunned, or treated so so.

When I waited tables at a very small cozy restaurant not pricey or anything this old lady just came in for coffee and a danish, and she gave me $10 tip each time. Meanwhile, she would complain service wasn't fast, coffee cold, or bit()*& about life, but isn't it worth it folks?
I'm a hairstylist. I have had customers who wouldn't go to anyone else except me. But I hated cutting their hair. I had one lady in particular who took me 45 minutes to an hr... and we were a 13-18 minute shop... I could do a decent quality haircut in less than 18 minutes.. usually. I was constantly getting new customers by having people come in from higher priced salons to get their fixed after a stylist cut it... its a misconception that just because a salon charges more the stylists have more training.. usually it's the exact opposite.

Anyway, I had this lady. She would come in and describe a haircut, but she wouldn't know what she wanted. She would want whispies in front of her ears, but she didn't know how much hair she wanted whispy.. I'd start with a little and she'd get mad and say I could do more or we'd be their all day.. but when I did more, she'd get mad and say what if you do too much and I don't like it...

Sometimes she'd be in my chair for an hr and a half..and she had hair that was only about 2 inches long. Our haircuts cost $11.. and she usually tipped me $10. And even though she tipped almost 100%... it wasn't worth it. I wanted to run and hide every time I saw her coming. The last time she came in she wanted a haircut but we were really busy, so she said she'd come back on saturday... I didn't tell her that friday was my last day, because it wasn't worth the $10.
Does adding cream AND sugar to coffee do something 'bad' to your body?
On a road trip a few years ago my mother, sister and I (all reasonable college educated adults) stopped at a roadside Denny's for breakfast in the middle of the night. As I have at every Denny's visit since I was 14, I asked for "plenty of cream and sugar," at which point my mother chastises me and says, "Didn't you know that's bad for you?'

My sister and I both shoot incredulous looks of disbelief to my mother.

"You NEVER add both cream and sugar to your coffee."

"And why is that, Mom?"

(pauses, looks up and away)

"It does ... things ... to your intestines."

Now my mother may be a college educated adult but she tends to believe whatever she hears and the more ludicrous and out of convention that thing may be, the more likely she is to believe it.

Generally, I chalk this sort of thing up either to her regular recreational drug use since the Johnson administration or a small stroke she had a few years ago. But I must say that mom was perfectly lucid at this particular juncture.

So answer me my questions three:

A.) Where the hell did she get such a crazy *** idea? (and don't say 'the Internet.' The last time I saw my mother operate a computer it was the size of a Smart Car, had a four inch screen and had less computing power than my digital kitchen scale.)

2.) Maybe mom wasn't crazy and there's something to adding cream and sugar to coffee that makes it bad for you. (or is crazy but not about this)

III.) If there is the slightest bit of credibility to this idea, why isn't it everywhere? This is the perfect sort of paranoid rambling that could put Starbucks out of the fancy coffee business forever (if true.)

It doesn't do things to your intestines, but it is really bad for the body. Using both in combination, or by itself, is bad anyway.

EDIT: You can eat all three together, it won't do anything out of whack to you. It will just give you a sugar crash and leave you really hungry.
What do you think about this?
Both my older sister and I are gay. Does this happen often in families? And why would we BOTH be gay? Would it be because of our upbringing, or because the gene pool just selected it that way? This eventually leads back to nature vs. nurture vs. unholy lifestyle (but everyone ignores the last one anyway) and I was curious if anyone else had multiple gays in their direct families, or even distant realtives. Because besides me and my sister, we have Mormons on my mom's side (my mom quickly abandoned the faith after high school) and Catholics and Lutherans on the other. (I prefer Lutherans because my pastor is cool with my orientation, and my sister's and he is almost a spiritual advacate for gays. Plus, Lutherans make bad-*** coffee and baked goods) Also, me and my sister had very different upbringings due to our parents *cough* DIVORCE *cough* So, just your thought on... human nature I suppose.
Here's my family (sexual) history (for the males):

My three half brothers were raised Catholic (I understand their mom was very pious). I was schooled and raised in a Baptist environment (preschool to high school, and churches attended). I was not molested, nor abused.

I doubt this will help you with your questions. Personally, I don't even wonder WHY I'm gay. I can't do anything about it, it's who I am. Knowing the reasons why (whether its genetics, environmental influence, etc.) is a passing distraction at best.
What to eat for breakfast, pre-workout meal?
I finally joined a gym and need to get my *** in shape, I plan on getting up @ 5, eating, then going to the gym. The question is, what should I eat? One bad day of eating doesn't screw your system over completely... does it?
Here's what I ate:

"Brunch" - 2 fried eggs, roughly a handful of deep fried cubed hashbrowns with green onions, 1 1/2 pieces of brown toast, 2 mugs of coffee with cream and suger *I know fried foods are bad.

Snack - A handfull of grapes and a huge-*** strawberry.

Supper - White spaghetti with lean hamburger tomatoe sauce *I know "whites" are bad.

I drink water in between meals, usually eat 4-6 fairly healthy small meals a day, and have been working out 4-5 days a week for about 4 1/2 months.

Though going crazy one day could throw off your metabolism, insulin levels and glycogen levels for a couple of days, one day isn't really going to hurt you if you normally keep a consistently healthy diet.

The hash browns and fried eggs are pretty bad. So are coffee with cream and sugar. Any processed carbs, including pasta, are not great either. Seems like you know this already.

The only other thing would be that you only had three meals. The problem with that is if you go too long between meals, your blood glycogen and insulin levels drop. As soon as you take on any calories, your insulin levels spike and bodyfat production occurs, so any excess calories gets converted to bodyfat. The introduction of simple processed carbs make this situation even worse. So, more smaller meals throughout the day is better for these reasons.

Also, it looks like your total caloric intake is pretty low, and this will contribute to the retention of bodyfat.

Sorry if this seems overly critical. It sounds like you do have an idea of what's good and bad for you as far as what foods to eat judging from the selft critique. :)
